God damn issue on Bugzilla installation!

Issue:
[error] [client 192.168.99.11] (13)Permission denied: exec of /var/www/html/bugzilla/index.cgi failed
[error] [client 192.168.99.11] Premature end of script headers: index.cgi

Solution:
#> vi /etc/sysconfig/selinux
Set SELINUX=disabled, then reboot the system.
